oat milk

ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 4 cups filtered water
- optional add-ins (dates, pinch of salt, vanilla)

oat milk is the perfect option for anyone who avoids dairy, and/or anyone who is allergic to nuts. i personally love it because it’s delicious AND cheap! i make mine gluten-free by buying certified gluten-free oats.

instructions:

  • soak oats for 10-15 minutes

  • rinse oats

  • add oats & other ingredients to blender & blend until smooth

  • Strain through a sieve, nut milk bag or cheese cloth

that’s it! so super simple. oat milk will last 3-4 days in the fridge.
