macro latte

ingredients:
- 2 tbsp plant-based protein powder
- seeds for seed cycling (either flax & pumpkin during your follicular phase or sesame & sunflower during your luteal phase)
-2 tsp matcha powder
-1 packet of four sigmatic golden latte or any elixer
-20 oz. of hot water (this makes 2 or 3 cups)
-Splash of oat/nut milk optional
