coconut milk

ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 3-4 cups filtered water
- optional add-ins (date, a pinch of salt, vanilla)

instructions:

  • add coconut, 3 cups water, & any add-ins to your blender - blend about 2 minutes or until milk looks smooth..

  • strain using a nut milk bag or a super thin dish towel.

coconut milk will last around 5-7 days refrigerated. enjoy!
