almond milk

- 1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight in cool water or 1-2 hours in hot water
- 5 cups filtered water
- optional add-ins (date, pinch of salt, vanilla)


  • add your soaked almonds, water, and any additional add-ins to your blender & blend until smooth.

  • strain using a nut milk bag or a super thin dish towel.
